Jessica loves cooking and baking... mostly because she loves feeding people and making them happy! She also spends a lot of time outside exploring the Pacific Northwest with her family and has no fear of cold plunging into Puget Sound.

Her favorite travel experiences have been going to Italy and Turkey, and she looks forward to taking her family to Spain someday to see where her husband's family is from.
