Sound Dental Care has process for receiving, investigating, and resolving concerns. If we are unable to address your concerns over the phone, a more formal process is available.
When the practice receives a complaint, Sound Dental Care will contact the person making the complaint and initiate the investigation within 5 calendar days of receipt. The practice will attempt to resolve complaints within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that submissions may be reviewed by staff at the Accreditation Commission for Health Care or the Washington State Department of Health.
